New Hampshire B&B Saves Memorial Day Vacations By Giving Guests Free Gas

The Bear Mountain Lodge in Bethlehem, NH, is giving guests free gas cards to help fight the rising costs at the pump.

Bethlehem, New Hampshire (PRWEB) May 7, 2008 -- For many New Englanders, a weekend away over Memorial Day helps kick-off the summer season and Michael and Carol Kerivan, owners of The Bear Mountain Lodge in New Hampshire's White Mountains, don't want high gas prices keeping anyone at home this year.

The Kerivans know how much they value their own vacations and want to help others get away for the holiday weekend. "We all work so hard today and deserve to get away for some outdoor fun or rest and relaxation," stated Carol Kerivan, Innkeeper and Owner. "We want to help cut costs for our new and returning guests, so anyone who stays at The Bear Mountain Lodge for two nights anytime during May, including Memorial Day weekend, will receive a $50 gas card. If guests stay for 3 nights, we'll double the savings to $100," stated Michael Kerivan.

And the savings don't end with the gas cards. "B&B owners provide lots of amenities and services to their guests that many hotels charge extra for," stated Carol. At the Bear Mountain Lodge, a full country breakfast is included each morning, as well as afternoon snacks, sodas and complimentary local microbrews and wine are available each evening after dinner. "Guests really like returning to the Lodge after a great dinner at a local restaurant and enjoying a drink by the outdoor fireplace. It's really relaxing and it doesn't cost them anything extra," stated Michael Kerivan.

The Lodge was built with guests' comfort in mind and The Kerivans take great pride in providing all guests with the service they expect at a great bed and breakfast. "We've quickly become the top-rated B&B in Bethlehem and now we're #2 in the whole State of New Hampshire on TripAdvisor," she states. "It's very rewarding to have all of our hard work recognized," stated Michael Kerivan.

Newly built in 2005 from massive Eastern White Pine logs, the Bear Mountain Lodge is incredible and like nothing else in New England. It consists of 9 guest rooms, including romantic suites with in-room Jacuzzis, fireplaces and spectacular views of Mt. Washington. A spacious greatroom, reading loft and magnificent deck offer guests plenty of space to spread out and take in the panoramic views.
