Gerbig Engineering Introduces New Air Diffuser for Cleanrooms

Gerbig Engineering introduces a new style of diffuser that will dramatically improves air distribution in cleanrooms.

Burnsville, Minnesota (PRWEB) May 7, 2008 -- Gerbig Engineering Company, a designer and manufacturer of cleanrooms and cleanroom equipment has introduced a new diffuser specifically designed for fan-powered HEPA filters. The diffuser is typically used for Class 100,000 cleanrooms and for diffusing air from an air conditioning unit when HEPA filtration is used.

"This diffuser will create better and more efficient airflows in a Class 100,000 cleanroom" said Fred Gerbig, President of Gerbig Engineering. "The diffuser distributes the air along the ceiling using the Coanda effect. In addition to better air distribution, the diffuser also eliminates the possibility of cool air drafts under a HEPA filter supplied from an air conditioning unit. " Fred also stated: "We believe that this is the only diffuser specifically designed for fan-powered HEPA units."

The diffuser distributes the air along the ceiling using the Coanda effect. In addition to better air distribution, the diffuser also eliminates the possibility of cool air drafts under a HEPA filter supplied from an air conditioning unit.
The main purpose of a cleanroom air diffuser is to create gentle, uniform airflow that can maximize air turn over with minimum disruption to work areas.

For information and pricing on the diffuser, contact Gerbig Engineering Company.

Gerbig Engineering, a privately owned company located in Burnsville Minnesota, designs, fabricates and installs cleanroom systems.
