Centex's "Equestra At Colts Neck Crossing" is Named Community of the Year by New Jersey Builders Association
Active adult community near the Jersey Shore receives four 2008 awards for excellence in over $350,000 category.

The awards were presented at the NJBA's annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) meeting during the 59th Annual Builders Convention in Atlantic City, N. J.

An 18,400 square foot community "enrichment center" is at the heart of Equestra at Colts Neck Crossing and includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, state-of-the-art exercise facility, library, card rooms, and a bar and lounge area. The clubhouse is open and the exterior amenities will be available after Memorial Day.
