Ottawa, ON Hundreds of enthusiastic Halogen Software customers worldwide will gather in Ottawa, Canada next month for third annual Halogen User conference. From September 13-16, 2008 Halogen, a leading provider of award-winning on-line employee performance and talent management software will host pre-conference training workshops and over twenty interactive and educational sessions. Keynote speakers at the conference include Michael Kerr, award-winning international speaker and founder of the Humor at Work Institute, delivering presentation on how humor can deliver a healthier and more productive work place; and Ian Cullwick, National Human Capital Practice Leader with Deloitte who will address critical workforce trends and their impact on talent management.
The main conference, September 15-16, offers two information packed days where attendees will have a unique opportunity to learn how to develop and deliver key HR initiatives by leveraging the features available in Halogen’s integrated employee performance and talent management suite. This year’s Conference will also feature discussions about best practices for appraisals, goal management, pay-for-performance, succession planning, learning management with presentations from a diverse range of Halogen customers including Carnegie Mellon University, MSNBC , Sanford Health and The San Diego Zoo.
