Baby Bedding Zone, a leading internet retailer of baby bedding and nursery decor, has recently added a new line to their website: Dr Seuss baby bedding by Trend Lab. Despite the fact that Trend Lab currently makes only two Dr Seuss crib sets, Dr Seuss ABC and Dr Seuss Cat in the Hat, the line has proven so popular that the manufacturer has sold out several times already. Each crib set has a number of related nursery accessories, including window valances, clocks, storage bins, and baby blankets. These have proven equally hard to find, as they are selling out as fast as the crib sets themselves.

"We've been amazed at how well these items have been selling," says Laura Abro, founder of Baby Bedding Zone. "Dr Seuss has proven to be an incredibly popular line. Orders are coming in faster than the manufacturer can handle." When asked about the popularity of this crib bedding, she replied, "I think a lot of it has to do with the timeless popularity of Dr Seuss' characters, and the fact that his books are popular with both young children and their parents, unlike some more modern characters that parents find annoying. It also helps that these sets work equally well as baby boy bedding or baby girl bedding, because they have a great neutral look, without being washed out. Modern baby bedding is also very, very popular these days, and they have that look, too."

When asked if Trend Lab has plans to expand their Dr Seuss offerings, she answered, "While I don't have any definite news on whether or not Trend Lab plans to make more Dr Seuss crib sets, I would be very surprised if they didn't. The line has been so incredibly popular that it only makes sense to expand it. I'd look for new Dr Seuss sets from Trend Lab is the next 6 months to a year, but if you're expecting right now, you'll probably need to choose from the sets that are currently available."
