According to the government's household survey, there are now more jobs than there were a year ago for every group over 55 years of age -- and fewer jobs for every group under 55. Rolls Royce, the second largest manufacturer in Indiana, said that it would be screening experienced applicants for 100 machinist jobs starting at $17.53 an hour.
