Talent Management expert, Dan Kilgore has joined Riviera Advisors as its newest principal. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Kilgore is an award-winning innovator in the talent acquisition field.

In his role as principal for Riviera Advisors, Kilgore will focus his practice on Talent Acquisition Process Optimization, Talent Lifecycle Consultation, Recruiting Tools and Automation Maximization, Metrics and Managing the Executive Search Process. Kilgore’s broad experience across the technology, healthcare, professional services and consulting industries allows him to provide counseling based on organization-specific challenges. Kilgore also managed his own successful firm for a number of years, which focused on recruiting process automation across a number of industries.

Most recently, Kilgore served as director of talent acquisition for Getronics, a $4 billion global provider of information technology solutions and services. During his nearly ten years with Getronics, Kilgore built a world-class employee operation through total recruiting process reengineering, and also streamlined workforce planning and the implementation of recruiting technology tools, as well as created centralized sourcing and developed award-winning branding and university recruitment programs.

Kilgore will be based in Boston, which provides Riviera Advisors’ first east coast presence since its inception in 2001. He frequently speaks to audiences regarding the value of metrics and other recruiting and staffing topics. Kilgore has held many positions with various industry and professional groups, such as the Employment Management Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, the New England Human Resources Association and the Association of Employment Professionals. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Clark University, in addition to pursuing advanced studies in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management through Clark University.
