On January 1st, 2009 Lowry Court Reporting will become part of Portland based LNS Court Reporting. The merger will give attorney clients of both firms access to a broad array of talent, expertise and technology.

At the first of the year, Lowry Court Reporting will become part of Portland OR based LNS Court Reporting (http://www.lnscourtreporting.com). The merger will give the clients of both firms access to a broad array of talent, expertise and technology.

"Lowry and LNS have always shared a respect for absolute integrity, for top-quality work, and for stellar customer service," says Robin Nodland, co-owner of LNS. "This merger will allow us to expand our reach and continue the growth of our services."

Jo Lowry, the owner of Lowry Court Reporting, will stay with the combined company. "LNS is a respected Portland-area firm, and we are excited to be able to offer their broader range of services to our clients" says Lowry. "I will become the "L" of LNS," she jokes.

LNS Court Reporting was founded in 1987 by Carol Studenmund and Robin Nodland. The company is known by attorneys for its world-class service and leadership in bringing reliable, easy-to-use technology to the Portland legal community. The company employs certified reporters and uses a unique check system to ensure that quality standards are maintained.

Lowry Court Reporting, based in Oregon was established in 1976 by Jo Lowry. Jo has over 44 years experience in court reporting.
