Jeffery L. Kelly Joins Scottsdale Based Management Company, Sullens & Euchner

Mr. Kelly will oversee the three management divisions of the company - Multifamily, Residential/Condos and Homeowner Associations.

Mr. Kelly brings over 25 years of experience to his position as President & Chief Operating Officer of Sullens & Euchner, Inspired Management Services. Having worked in senior-level positions for some of the largest management companies in the country, including Insignia Management Group, LEDIC Management Group and Fogelman Management Group, his career has given him vast experience in a variety of different property types - office, retail, industrial, multifamily and single family - as well as condominium and homeowner associations. In his current capacity as President, Mr. Kelly will oversee the three management divisions of the company - Multifamily, Residential/Condos and Homeowner Associations.
Jeff was raised in Michigan and began his career in Ann Arbor while at college obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Since then, he has worked in most of the major markets around the country including Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin in Texas; Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, and Durham in North Carolina; Orlando, Tampa, and Miami in Florida and Nashville and Memphis in Tennessee. His oversight experience includes portfolios of 80,000 units and 1.2 million square feet of office space for both owner-managed and fee managed investments.
Mr. Kelly has held seats on the Boards of most of the major industry associations and has received many awards for his work while also holding a firm belief in becoming an active member of the community where he resides.
