(PRWEB) January 4, 2009 -- The Tai Chi School of Westchester, est. 1978 celebrates "The Year of the OX" with our 31st Annual Chinese New Year's Party.
Watch exciting demonstrations of the ancient Chinese Art
of Tai Chi, Chi kung, Healing Exercises, Self Defense and Weapons.
Demonstrations by Master Domingo Colon, a Tai Chi instructor with over 43 years of Tai chi experience and training in physical therapy. Master Colon is also the author of "Seniors Tai Chi Workout" (the first Tai Chi book designed for seniors to be able to practice at home) and "Teaching Tai Chi to Special Polulations" (a guide for Tai Chi instructors to assist them in adapting Tai chi to help anyone).
Free Food and Beverages and open to the public.
