Mill Creek Entertainment has promoted Craig Frischman to Senior Vice President, Sales and Terry Lipelt to Vice President, Business Development

Mill Creek Entertainment, a publisher and distributor of physical and digital home video products, announced today that it has promoted Craig Frischman to the position of Senior Vice President, Sales and Terry Lipelt to the position of Vice President, Business Development effective immediately. Frischman was previously Vice President, Sales and Lipelt was previously Director, Business Development. The company additionally announced the hiring of Kathy Johnson in the position of Director, National Accounts.

Frischman will manage all sales and business development activities for the Company and will continue to report to Ian Warfield, President and Chief Operating Officer of Mill Creek Entertainment.

Lipelt will have primary responsibility for the development and penetration of new channels of business as well as strategic growth within Mill Creek's current base of distribution partners. He will report to Craig Frischman, Senior Vice President of Sales.

"Terry has had a dramatic impact on the expansion of the company's account base and has brought a strong process to the entire sales team to facilitate effective account prospecting and closing," stated Frischman.

Johnson will be responsible for a number of key national accounts as well as the development of new accounts within a variety of non-traditional channels. She will also report to Frischman.

"Kathy's 20-year industry career with MTI and Sight and Sound was marked by great account relationships and successful partnerships. We look forward to her contributions in this new role," stated Frischman.

Commenting on the appointments, Warfield said, "We believe that the appointment of Craig, Terry and Kathy to these key roles position the company for profitable and sustained growth in all channels of distribution."
