Hundreds of Bloggers Converge at The Third Annual "It Won't Stay In Vegas" Blogger Party hosted by The Parnassus Group
Hundreds of bloggers and gadget enthusiasts to converge at Las Vegas shindig January 9, 2009.
Redmond, WA (PRWEB) January 8, 2009 -- The Parnassus Group, a Redmond-based Social Media Consultancy, is hosting the third annual "It Won't Stay in Vegas" Blogger Party at CES from 5:00pm to 8:00pm (PST) on Friday, January 9th, where hundreds of top technology and gadget bloggers are scheduled to converge for free food, drinks, and videogames.
The event features entertainment and thousands of dollars in giveaways provided by the event sponsors.
"This is the largest blogger-specific gathering at CES," said Robert Scoble, noted tech blogger and Managing Director at Fast Company.TV. "I'm really looking forward to catching up with friends and seeing the latest in tech gadgetry."
AMD, as Platinum party sponsors, will have several people traversing the party floor showing off cool new gadgets and gizmos. Sony is sponsoring the game lounge, which will provide several PlayStation 3 consoles for bloggers to play against each other or online.
MagicJack, a Gold sponsor, has arranged to bring VH1's magician and comedian Murray SawChuck to the party, where he will be performing tricks and conducting giveaways. LoveSac, a Gold party sponsor, will be providing some fantastic seating for the lounge area.
Sonos and Rhapsody, as Music sponsors, will be providing at the event (and giving away to an attendee) a multi-room home entertainment system, capable of playing different music in different rooms simultaneously.
Free transportation will also be provided to and from the party through various pick-up and drop-off locations along the strip and at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The AMD Blogger Party Shuttle and the LoveSac Blogger Bus will be assisted by the CntrStg Shuttle in transporting bloggers between all three locations for the duration of the party.
Put this kind of gadgetry in a room full of geeky and influential bloggers like Robert Scoble, Gary Vaynerchuck, Brian Solis, Richard Trenholm (from CNET), John Furrier, and Andru Edwards (from GearLive.com), and you're going to get...well, the third annual "It Won't Stay in Vegas" Blogger Party!
