Caroline G. Harris, an accomplished land use attorney in New York, has been named a new partner in the Law Offices of Howard Goldman, LLC.
Harris, 54, was most recently Counsel in the New York office of Troutman Sanders, an international law firm with a substantial real estate practice. Previously, she practiced as a land use attorney at other Manhattan law firms and as Associate Counsel to the City Planning Commission. Ms. Harris is a frequent lecturer and author on land issue and zoning issues and was recently named a New York SuperLawyer for the second consecutive year. She serves as Chair of the Sustainability Subcommittee of the Land Use, Planning and Zoning Committee of the NYC Bar Association.
The Law Offices of Howard Goldman provides legal services with respect to zoning and land use matters throughout New York City, representing developers, lenders, owners, sellers, purchasers, non-profit institutions and other parties in the development process.
