Jennifer Berkley, Owner and Founder of The Insight Advantage and a new member of the UCSC Extension faculty, will be teaching the class. As a customer research consultant, she brings a wealth of practical research experience to the class which will be helpful to students as they execute their own research projects over the course of the 6 week class.
During the class, students will gain knowledge, experience, and access to resources that they can apply immediately and use to integrate customer perspectives into key business decisions on products, services, branding, and more, to ensure market success.
