Cloud Deployment Platform Takes World-Class Solutions to the Smallest Distribution Center and allows Larger Centers Increased Flexibility with New Deployment Strategy

Intek Integration Technologies, Inc. today announced the availability of its cloud deployment platform for the company's Supply Chain Execution suite of products: Warehouse Librarian Essentials, Warehouse Librarian, and Warehouse Librarian Enterprise.

"We've achieved the ultimate in scalability and flexibility," says Mac Cutchins, Intek chairman/CEO. "We can now effectively reach the smallest distribution center customer - with a single employee - all the way to the most high volume distribution center in the world. We can deploy on our IT infrastructure - in the Intek Cloud - or conventionally on the customer premises - or anywhere in between."

Intek has taken its proven technology and, by utilizing new server and application virtualization technologies, has created an "install anywhere" product distribution. "It's really Revenge of the Desktop," says Cutchins. "Line of Business Applications like ours are now first class internet citizens," he adds.

This new deployment technology provides opportunities for small distribution companies to get access to Intek's world-class solutions with a less capital intensive mechanism, and allows larger customers increased flexibility with deployment strategies.

"Recent CEO surveys by the McKinsey Quarterly and the NYSE clearly demonstrate that corporate leadership worldwide recognizes increased supply chain risk - yet also acknowledge that they are not keeping pace and not meeting corporate objectives," says Cutchins. "Significant market dynamics are causing an uptrend in costs when CEOs overwhelmingly say that Operational Efficiency is what will determine profitability - even survival - in the coming year," he adds.

"Our product suite has enabled many companies to confidently increase their top line revenue by several hundred percent over several years - while at the same time reducing their cost of labor and reducing their cost of space - all while achieving extreme measures of inventory and order accuracy," says Cutchins. "There should no longer be a disconnect between direct and indirect costs for manufacturers and distributors. Taking costs out of operations anywhere results in bottom line impact - and it's time to recognize that high levels of customer service and operating efficiency are revenue enhancing efforts that result in competitive advantage," Cutchins concludes.

Intek Integration Technologies, Inc. is a 21-year-old software company with a proven track record of assisting its customers to achieve competitive advantage in their markets with its supply chain execution suite of products. Intek is proud to serve companies like Beauty Brands, Shopbop, Animal Supply, Matsushita/Panasonic, Petco, and Medtronic, among many others.
