Expanding global professional services hires seasoned business development executive.

Chantilly, VA (PRWEB) January 13, 2009 -- Mission Essential Personnel today announced Greg Carper as the company's new Vice President for Business Development. Mr. Carper will play a key role in Mission EP's strategic growth plans by expanding business development capabilities in the company's core market areas of intelligence, operations, language services, and program management in support of the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, Federal Law Enforcement and emerging global markets.

Greg joined Mission Essential Personnel from CACI's Corporate Business Development organization where he successfully supported the U.S. Army's Intelligence & Operations Communities. Mr. Carper's experience ranges from national sales and marketing, strategic planning, managed growth, government contracting, price modeling, market research and analysis, strategic partnerships, to a broad range of software development and information technology expertise. He is a strategic thinker with a well developed understanding of international relations and business environments.

Prior to CACI Mr. Carper served in Army Special Operations in numerous operational capacities.
