A prominent, global audit firm was engaged to perform a detailed SAS 70 Type II audit of Agile•1 computer controls and invoicing processes, affirming compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. In accordance with the standards set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the firm applied tests to Agile•1 process controls and found that the controls were suitably designed to achieve the control objectives.
