The Harbor Pointe Homeowners Association is a 47-unit Planned Unit Development located in the Bay Farm Island section of Alameda, CA. It is nestled among pine trees, and is close to the Alameda/San Francisco ferry and an estuary. The Nazareth Place Owners Association consists of 56 condominium conversions, and is located in San Mateo, CA. This 55+ community was completely refurbished in 2006 and has a large indoor recreation and meeting room. The developer of this community remains on the board of directors, and has a very active sense of duty and community.
