Cassie Fireman Joins Knowledge Infusion as Chief Performance Officer

As Chief Performance Officer, Cassie will have a clear view into the levers that are driving our own performance

Knowledge Infusion, a leading provider of strategic advisory and consulting services focused on HR, talent management, and emerging technology solutions today announces that Cassie Fireman, SPHR will join the leadership team as Chief Performance Officer. In this newly created position, Cassie will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of people, process, and technology linked to customer satisfaction and financial objectives. With her deep practitioner experience, Cassie will also consult with Knowledge Infusion clients to help them transform their HR function as she has done herself.

With over 15 years of HR and talent management experience, Cassie will lead the human resources, operations, and service delivery functions of Knowledge Infusion to ensure optimal performance and alignment with overall strategic company objectives. In her new role, Fireman will be able to measure the impact that Knowledge Infusion talent is having on overall business goals and objectives.

Cassie was most recently Vice President of Talent at Echelon Resorts where she was responsible for developing the organizational visions and strategies for the $4.8 billion dollar resort in Las Vegas. Prior to joining Echelon, she served as the Vice President of Talent for Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ where she was responsible for all facets of human resources including the recruitment, on-boarding, and engagement of 8,000 associates.
