Niagara Falls, Ontario (PRWEB) January 14, 2009 -- Sheraton on the Falls was awarded the highest guest service and accommodation rating by the Meeting Planner Satisfaction Index.
The Sheraton on the Falls is pleased to announce that it has recently been awarded a perfect Meeting Planner Satisfaction Index (MPSI) 5.0 score from Starwood Hotels Inc. This program is just one example of Starwood's continuous feedback tools to measure the Meeting Planner's voice of the customer at the property, brand and division level. It is through this feedback that the Sheraton is able to continue to improve upon its services.
The MPSI score is based on an e-mail survey that is sent to meeting planners after their event. The criteria are based on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest. Meeting planners are asked to evaluate their experience on a variety of criteria including: overall experience, comparison to similar hotels, overall service, food and beverage and brand consistency. This rating takes into consideration guest room satisfaction, meeting room, hotel staff, and management involvement.
The Sheraton on the Falls would like to invite new and old corporate meeting planners to experience its superior service and take advantage of the Starwood Group Marketing Promotion for the first quarter of 2009. This promotion includes 3% off guest room charges on master bill, 10% discount on F&B (based on published rates), 20% discount on A/V (based on published rates), SPP signing bonus of up to 100,000 Starpoints. Bookings must be made by 3/31/09 and arrivals no later than 12/31/2009.
