Rideau was selected as #1 directly by buyers. Black Book's usefulness stems from its ability to provide unbiased information from the consumer. Ultimately, customer satisfaction is the only indicator of a company's abilities.
Montreal and New York City (PRWEB) January 14, 2009
Rideau Recognition Solutions, leader in end to end corporate recognition solutions, ranked first place among the top 10 employee recognition HROs of 2008.
Every year, the Black Book of Outsourcing surveys over 24,000 outsourcing buyers worldwide and compiles a complete list of top performers.
This compilation of unbiased customer opinion is used as one of the only independent guides to selecting the organization that can best create a strategic advantage where streamlining processes and cutting costs have become a priority.
According to Scott Wilson, Partner, Brown-Wilson Group and co-author of The Black Book of Outsourcing, "Rideau was selected as #1 directly by buyers. Black Book's usefulness stems from its ability to provide unbiased information from the consumer. Ultimately, customer satisfaction is the only indicator of a company's abilities."
For the second time in six months, Rideau has been recognized through buyer opinion as number one in the recognition and rewards field due to its commitment to customer service. HRO Today recently featured Rideau at the very top of its Baker's Dozen list of the top recognition providers based on customer rankings.
Rideau prides itself on its customizable service offerings which are completely adaptable to clients' needs and desires. Only due to Rideau's dedication to the client can its suite of performance management solutions consistently result in increased employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Peter Hart, Rideau CEO, said of the commendation, "Once again, I'm humbled by such a nomination. Clearly, we wouldn't be where we are now if it wasn't for the great people I work with. Their unmistakable dedication to their work and our clients speaks for itself."
BLACK BOOK 50 METHODOLOGY
The Black Book survey methodology consisted of 26 key performance indicators of vendor satisfaction with supplier leadership posed with a scoring basis of 0 to 10 (0= deal breaking dissatisfaction and 10= overwhelming exceeded expectations) per criteria. Additionally, 18 key performance indicators in operational excellence are also balloted for later study and custom reporting throughout 2008 for outsourcing clients, buyers, prospective users, analysts, consultants, media and investors.
In March, surveys were sent to the nearly 30,000 outsourcing decision makers who were verified in the previous surveys, followed by 400,000 additional invitations sent to individuals in corporations, businesses, organizations and government agencies who use, offer and are employed in outsourcing services or pre-registered for the survey on the Black Book website. Survey entry access codes were available only one time per outsourced function. The survey closed on May 12, 2008.
