Profiles International honors Community Coffee Co., Wichita Clinic and Y-12 as Clients of the Year
Profiles International will honor Community Coffee Company, Wichita Clinic and Y-12 Federal Credit Union as its Clients of the Year, during Profiles' 2009 World Conference in Fort Worth, Texas, Jan. 15-17, 2009.
Waco, Texas (PRWEB) January 14, 2009 -- Profiles International will honor Community Coffee Company, Wichita Clinic and Y-12 Federal Credit Union as its Clients of the Year, during Profiles' 2009 World Conference in Fort Worth, Texas, Jan. 15-17, 2009.
All three companies have partnered with Profiles International to grow their businesses with the help of Profiles' assessments and talent management solutions.

Community Coffee Co. has used Profiles' assessments since 1995. The company hires hundreds of people each year for its CC's Community Coffee HouseTM chain, sales, manufacturing and supply chain operations, and for positions inside its corporate headquarters. "If we didn't have Profiles, hiring the right people would be more difficult," said Recruiting Supervisor Yivelle McKinley. "We are thankful for the efficiencies that Profiles has brought to our company."
Wichita Clinic, the largest outpatient multi-specialty clinic in Kansas, was suffering from high turnover in its human resource department. Human Resource Manager Erica Tharp realized Profiles - which had a relationship with the clinic dating back to 1996 - had training tools that allowed the clinic to better utilize the Profiles XT. It allowed the clinic to put the right people in the right positions.
"If you have happy employees, you have happy patients," Tharp said.
Y-12 Federal Credit Union in Oak Ridge, Tenn. was coping with high turnover as employees were hired into positions or transferred into roles for which they were not suited. Profiles helped the company conquer those issues with the Profiles XT and Step One Survey (SOS).
"The support we have received from Profiles International has been outstanding," said Y-12 Human Resources Director, Amy Rector.
Each year Profiles International honors clients who have taken a progressive approach to coping with employment issues through the use of Profiles assessments and human resource management tools. This is the 15 year that Profiles has bestowed such honors.
