HireMeNow.com is the first truly online temporary staffing service. It makes the entire process of hiring and managing a temporary worker web-based, transparent, and consequently, less expensive. Employers have access to the entire pool of qualified HireMeNow.com job candidates, and are able to view each job candidates’ qualifications and desired hourly rate side-by-side. This allows companies to make their own decisions on which candidates might be the best fit (as opposed to being sent a small group of candidates to interview).

HireMeNow.com makes all temporary workers available at a 42% mark-up, so a $20.00 per hour temp will always cost $28.40 (all-inclusive, including the temp’s wages, FICA, FUTA, workers comp insurance, etc.). If an employer later decides to convert a temp to a direct hire, HireMeNow.com charges a one-time conversion fee of 8% of the annualized wage.
