The Lodge, a clubhouse at the heart of Rancho del Lago active adult community offering a myriad of social, recreational and sporting amenities for residents, is open for public viewing at its grand opening Jan. 24 and Jan. 25.

The resort lifestyle at K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons® at Rancho del Lago, an active adult community located near Tucson in Vail, Ariz., comes to life at The Lodge.

The Lodge, a clubhouse at the heart of the community offering a myriad of social, recreational and sporting amenities for residents, is open for public viewing at its grand opening Jan. 24 and Jan. 25.

The new clubhouse includes a luxurious living room with a fireplace for socializing with loved ones and new friends. Adjacent to the living room is the wireless Internet cafe for keeping up via cyberspace. The multi-purpose room is just right for dancing away the night, catching a matinee or an assortment of other activities. Plus, aspiring chefs will appreciate culinary delights at the gourmet demonstration kitchen.

The outdoor area, with magnificent mountain views, features a barbecue pavilion, events lawn as well as two pools and a spa.

In addition to indoor billiards, sports aficionados may partake in tennis, bocce ball or pickleball, an emerging game gaining popularity with active adults.

Arizona's biggest putting green, an 18-hole wonder, is now open for play. In addition, Four Seasons residents will enjoy the Rancho del Lago master plan's 18 holes of golf, nine lakes and the del Lago Golf Club.

Beyond its new recreational facilities, Four Seasons staff includes an on-site community association manager and a lifestyle coordinator, who is responsible for planning programs as well as creating a sense of fun, community and common purpose.

Three collections of floor plans ranging from 1,200 to more than 2,800 square feet are offered. Twelve on-site, fully decorated model homes are now open. Prices start from the $140s.

For the Jan. 24 and 25 grand opening weekend only, incentive packages include Golf Galore, Great Garage, Home Beautiful and paid Homeowner Association dues for one year.

Golf aficionados receive a one-year Gold golf membership to the Rancho del Lago master plan's del Lago Golf Club and a Yamaha Drive electric golf cart. New members receive advanced tee times after noon all year long, unlimited use of the practice facility, a 20 percent discount for any one guest and a 10 percent discount on golf shop merchandise.

The "Great Garage" package includes epoxy flooring and custom storage cabinets to transform the space into the workshop you have always wanted.

The "Home Beautiful" package includes window coverings for every room in the house as well as a new washer and dryer. K. Hovnanian will also pay your Homeowner Association dues for an entire year after you close on your home.
