Renu Medispa is pleased to announce a calendar signing with the Eagle Firefighters. The event is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, 2009 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at Renu Medispa, next to Rocky Mountain Fitness in Eagle. Participants can bring their own calendars to be signed, or they can purchase calendars at the event for $15. All proceeds from the sale of the 2009 Eagle Firefighters Calendars will go directly to the Eagle Fire Burnout Fund, an organization that provides emergency assistance to families and individuals affected by fire or other disasters.
"We think this is a great way to support a worthy cause," says Renu's owner, Tawni Weaver. "It gives people a chance to mix and mingle with the firefighters who do so much to help our community."
Renu is offering one-night only specials for calendar signing attendees, with a portion of the proceeds donated to the Eagle Fire Burnout Fund. The Eagle Firefighters Calendar, featuring pictures of local firefighters, has won fans in the local community and beyond.
