Leading supplier of HRMS and ERP solutions, CS3 Technology, presents awards for Community Service and for Employee of the Year at its annual corporate retreat.

I congratulate Diana and Judy and extend my personal thanks for their efforts.

CS3 Technology held its annual Corporate Retreat November 7-8, 2008 at the Post Oak Lodge near Tulsa. During the retreat, Gary C. Crouch, president of CS3 Technology, presented an award for Community Service to Diana Garrett and one for Employee of the Year to Judy Stanfield.

“Each year we recognize those that make exceptional contributions toward achieving our corporate goals,” said Crouch. “I congratulate Diana and Judy and extend my personal thanks for their efforts.”

Diana Garrett, an application consultant with CS3 Technology, received the company’s second annual award for Community Service for her work with an advocacy group that promotes and supports independent living options for those with disabilities. Ms. Garrett serves on the Board of Directors of the Green County Independent Living Resource Center, an organization charged with providing individuals with assistance, education, and training to help them transition from nursing home settings to independent living situations. The organization also works to raise awareness among community business leaders and to develop employment opportunities.

“I love being a part of noble and worthwhile cause,” Ms. Garrett said. “And CS3 Technologies is very accommodating of my community involvement work. I have an HR background and was thoroughly impressed by the fact that CS3 has an award of this kind; I think it’s very rare. A commitment to the community is part of the corporate culture here, and to that end they stress - and reward - a work/life balance that benefits not only the employees, but the community as well.”

Judy Stanfield, a client account manager with the firm, received the Employee of the Year Award in recognition of her financial contribution to the firm and her positive, team-building approach to her job. Ms. Stanfield was chosen from a field of six worthy candidates for the award.

“I love what I do and who I work with,” said Ms. Stanfield. “I am fortunate to work for a company that encourages and promotes growth and learning. The team I work with is fabulous - they really make my job enjoyable.”

“We truly have an extraordinary team, and I’m proud of each and every one of them,” added Crouch. “While we recognize individual achievement with these awards, we understand that our success is the result of the teamwork exhibited by our entire staff. I applaud them all.”
