Telcare Corporation, the leading provider in comprehensive survey services, announced company President Bobra Bush won the 2008 South Region Solveras/NFIB Business Champion Award. Each year, the National Federation of Independent Business, NFIB, recognizes one small business owner in all 50 states who "goes the extra mile for America's entrepreneurs" with their legislative lobbying efforts. NFIB then grants national honors on four of the 50 state-level members, one from each US region, at their bi-annual Small Business Summit in Washington, DC. Bush is the President of two Florida-based firms, Telcare which specializes in business survey research and Telcom, a telecommunications consulting and bill auditing firm.

Bush is also a member of NFIB Florida's Leadership Council and has been involved for years by traveling to Tallahassee and meeting with State Legislators to advocate on issues affecting small businesses. Ms. Bush owns two businesses in Boca Raton, Florida. Telcom, launched in 1989, is a telecommunications consulting and contingency-based telephone bill auditing firm, specializing in corporate clientele as well as state, county and city governments. In 1993, she started Telcare Corporation, a customer retention firm specializing in business survey and research services helping clients learn how their customers feel about their sales or service experience.
