Three years ago, Steve Rice started Fresh Life of Wonder (FLOW) with the intention of pooling together business resources and helping change the previous business model that was clearly not working. Now, Rice has launched a new site, ready to help other companies get off the ground.

The old systems are breaking down, they are not working

Steve Rice is a businessman with a unique vision. He doesn't want to compete with others; he wants to bring everyone together. Out of the ashes of his former websites, Rice founded Fresh Life of Wonder, LLC, a company with a realized idea to unify independent businesses by pooling resources.

Through the newly launched website, http://www.FlowBiz.biz, Rice is building his concern using a method and thought process that is sure to change the way that people think to run their companies.

"There's a new energy in terms of how people and businesses operate," explained Rice. "Old energy is linear, like a stick. New energy is expansive like a balloon. One of the things about it is that it's not profit-driven; it's based on passions. It's a different way of being and thinking.

"We're stepping out to share our experiences and create a platform for people to start their businesses or to participate by sharing their knowledge and experience."

Rice is excited as he is impassioned about the prospects that Fresh Life of Wonder can provide and be a part of. Through FlowBiz.biz, the site outlines the group's mission statement and explains the benefits of participating in a cooperative collective.

"It's not one against another," Rice said. "We want to create affiliations for people to get their businesses started. As we grow, we will be providing resources and we'll be able to support each other and provide education."

One such group that FLOW is working with is City Farms, a community-based organization. Participants will also have an opportunity to follow, and assist, a family that just lost their home to foreclosure and bankruptcy to open a small retail store in a small community.

Fresh Life of Wonder has also launched a coordinating blog (http://www.FlowBizBlog.com) that outlines some of their ideas, as well as tips on how to get a business up and running.

Still, Rice is adamant that it's through the "co-opetition" nature of FLOW that will prevent possible economic breakdowns, such as the one that is occurring now.

"The old systems are breaking down, they are not working," he said. "We're creating a forum where people can connect with others and help each other out."
