The 16th Annual Valentine's Day Dance, in support of the Illinois Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday, February 7th 2009, at the Drake Oak Brook, 2301 York Road in Oak Brook.

The 16th Annual Valentine's Day Dance, in support of the Illinois Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday, February 7th 2009, at the Drake Oak Brook, 2301 York Road in Oak Brook.

Catering to both couples and singles, the exciting Valentine's Day Dance is a romantic evening of dancing, dinner and live music. Held in the beautifully enchanting Three Oaks Room of the Oak Brook Drake Hotel, this is a unique and wonderful event for a very good cause, to end Leukemia and Lymphoma. Hosted by Frank Mungo, Jr., and always held the Saturday before Valentine's Day (so it doesn't interrupt any Valentines Day plans), this semiformal dance features a full night of dance music and live vocals. Silent auction and cash raffles will be held. Dinner will be served, along with an abundance of outstanding chocolates! Tickets are $90.00 per person and available at the door. Attire is semi formal.

All Proceeds raised through the Valentine's Day Dance benefit the Illinois Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (312) 651-7350. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society funds family support groups, financial assistance programs, public and professional education, advocacy and cutting-edge research projects.
