HSR Becomes Chicago's Largest B-to-B Specialized Agency with Acquisition of Fergus/Peters Group

HSR Chicago today announced that it has acquired Fergus/Peters Group, a Chicago-based integrated marketing firm, to further strengthen its presence in the local market.

HSR Chicago today announced that it has acquired Fergus/Peters Group, a Chicago-based integrated marketing firm, to further strengthen its presence in the local market.

Brian Peters, current partner at Fergus/Peters Group, will lead HSR's Chicago office as president. Dan Fergus will become group creative director at the agency.

Fergus/Peters Group develops advertising, public relations, direct mail, event planning, digital media, video production, market research, account planning, package design, point-of-purchase design, exhibit planning and sales support for its clients.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
