He will be responsible for product marketing strategy and execution across all lines of Infohrm’s North American business and will be part of the firm’s North American management team.
Previously, Mr. Willis was a founder and Senior Partner with Kairos Networks, a leading provider of executive networks in the alternative investment industry. Prior to co-founding Kairos, Mr. Willis spent ten years with the Corporate Executive Board. There he held a number of senior positions, most recently serving as Managing Director with the Human Resources Practice. In this role, he was responsible for product development and advisory services for networks of Chief HR Officers and HR functional heads. He has worked with more than 300 clients, including more than half of the Fortune 100, advising executive teams and boards of directors on HR strategy.
