Super Bowl Weekend Martial Arts Event To Feature Sensei Mike Reeves, ISKA World Karate Champion

Sensei Mike Reeves, a 10-time ISKA World Karate Champion, will be featured at the "Super Champions 2009" Martial Arts Exhibition, a free community event being presented during Super Bowl weekend by Phair Exchange Promotions. The event will take place on Saturday, January 31 at 3 p.m. at the Family Life Center Gym in Tampa.

Sensei Mike Reeves, a 10-time ISKA World Karate Champion, will be featured at the "Super Champions 2009" Martial Arts Exhibition, a free community event being presented during Super Bowl weekend by Phair Exchange Promotions. The event will take place on Saturday, January 31 at 3 p.m. at the Family Life Center Gym in Tampa.

Sensei Mike Reeves is a 7th degree black belt in Isshinryu Karate and a Guinness World Record Holder in breaking. Reeves has set world records by breaking 415 boards in 60 seconds and over 1,500 boards in 10 minutes. He has been seen on ESPN, Good Morning America, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and in The Next Karate Kid movie.

Super Champions 2009 exhibition will also feature a charity auction, sponsored by the American Fundraising Group. The auction will offer quality items such as travel packages, boxing and MMA memorabilia, and athletic gear. Participating sponsors of the free community event include 97X a COX Radio affiliate and Zenedge energy drink.

All proceeds from the event will benefit The On It Foundation [Opportunities Necessary to Increase Technology] which provides free computers and computer training to low-income families with students in grades K-12 that receive a free or reduced school lunch, attend a public school and reside within the United States.
