Mike Iacobucci to lead Interactions as Michael Cloran moves to chairman of the board

Interactions Corporation, the leading voice hybrid service provider for customer contact centers, announces the appointment of Mike Iacobucci as the new chief executive officer. Iacobucci succeeds company founder Michael Cloran who will continue his involvement with the company as board chairman and product visionary.

Iacobucci comes to Interactions after four years at Idiom Technologies, where he was president and chief executive officer. Prior to that, Iacobucci was an executive-in-residence with Sigma Partners, holding a number of executive positions for a variety of technology companies. Mike is also a founder of Books24x7.com and has held senior management positions at Phoenix Technologies Ltd. and Cullinet Software.
