The London and Whipsnade Zoos

The contract provided four key members of staff; a Chief Executive of Zoo Operations, a Financial Director, a Marketing Director, and an Operations Director.

After a preliminary study, Grant Leisure prepared a detailed phased and costed 10 year capital and operational improvement programme for the Zoo.
