Craftster.org's Leah Kramer will be speaking at two sessions at the upcoming Crafts and Hobby Association's Winter Convention and Trade Show. She will discuss the Indie Craft Movement and demo some fabulous projects from Craftster.org.

Craftster's Leah Kramer will be speaking at the Crafts and Hobby Association's Winter Convention and Trade Show in Anaheim January 24-27. Watch for her business seminar on Saturday afternoon, where she will cover the emerging trend known as "Indie Crafting". If you are wondering what makes Indie Crafters tick, Leah will address who is included in this demographic, where they shop and show their goods, and the hottest themes and trends popular with this dynamic group. She will share the results of Craftster surveys, providing a "cheat sheet" overview to useful demographic information. As the founder of Craftster, owner of the hip Boston Indie Craft Boutique, Magpie, and herself an Indie Crafter, Leah is a well-known leader in the Indie Craft Movement. She will be on hand to share her knowledge and expertise about this exciting area of crafting.

Leah will also be joining several other prominent Indie Crafters in the Indie Crafts Welcome Booth on Saturday afternoon. Other presenters include Ina Barseghian, Editor in Chief of CRAFT Magazine, Kathy-Cano Murillo, the "Crafty Chica", Jenny Hart of Sublime Stitching, Faythe Levine, the Producer of the new film "Handmade Nation". Leah will be demonstrating some of the hottest projects from Craftster, as well as sharing stories, insights, inspiration and answering your questions. It will be a fun, informative, and interactive session, and a chance to meet and mingle with the leaders of the vital and emerging Indie Craft movement.
