PD-LD Announces Licensure Agreement for Volume Bragg Grating Technology Portfolio Agreement Brings Innovative Technology to Broader Marketplace

The agreement provides Ondax with the licensing rights to use PD-LD's VBG technology in Ondax manufactured photonic elements and technologies. It also allows Ondax to pass on sub-licensing rights to its customers to use Ondax's products in subsequent applications in systems and instrumentation.

As part of its business strategy, PD-LD plans to advance its own VGB research and development to grow its patent portfolio. In fact, it has more than 20 patents pending and will be announcing some recently approved patents within the next several weeks.
