Church's Chicken Embraces Computerized Learning Programs from MindLeaders for Training Store Managers

Upon completion of the Certified Professional Food Manager training (endorsed by NEHA- the National Environmental Health Association), store manager candidates will undertake certification examinations administered by Prometric. Passage of the examination will result in a nationally recognized designation of 'Certified Professional Food Manager'.
