Conversation Tracker allows users to see the flow of email conversations across multiple email accounts, right from their Dashboard. The widget also displays full conversation history, including actions such as assigning a conversation, moving it to a different mailbox, archiving, as well as any internal notes created. An RSS news feed is also available if users want to get instant updates about individual conversations.
