Company Inks 3.3 Million Square Feet in Leases

The Hampshire Companies, a full service, private real estate investment fund manager with equity in assets valued at over $2 billion, reports that it completed 43 acquisitions totaling 2.8 million square feet of space with a value of $267 million during 2008. The Company also leased 3.3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space during the year. Hampshire sets its sights on an even more successful 2009.
