In 2009, Palari Publishing is partnering with the Sports Backers organization to continue producing a high-quality publication that promotes a healthy lifestyle and features local athletes and their stories

Also new this year, the magazine goes from four to six times a year and will feature two premium issues that will include race programs. The magazine publishing schedule is March, May, July, September, November, and January. The March issue will include the official program for the Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10K, and the November issue will have the program for the SunTrust Richmond Marathon. Circulation for the magazine is 30,000 and rises to 135,000 for the March and November issues. The publication will also be widely distributed throughout the Greater Richmond region.
The magazine is supported by affordable advertising, and advertisers may supply their own ads or have SBQ create an ad for them at no additional charge. SBQ strongly believes in giving its advertisers the most for their ad dollars.
