Milwaukee, WI (PRWEB) January 31, 2009 -- According to the American Medical Association over six million Americans suffer from fibromyalgia. (Pronounced FIE-bro-my-AL-jia) The condition causes widespread severe pain involving the entire body. Fibromyalgia is not curable right now, but it is very treatable and there are many ways to relieve the unrelenting pain and improve quality of life. Dr. Paul Kramer has written and released a new report that explains new treatment options that work well for patients who have not been helped by traditional medicine.

"Many of my patients felt like there was no hope for them," says Dr. Kramer. " There is a large segment of the population who suffers from fibromyalgia and have severe pain every day. They often use drugs to stop the pain, but the drugs only mask symptoms and have unpleasant side effects. They don't fix the problems. I use chiropractic and nutrition to fix the problems and patients get excellent results."

Is there evidence that this approach can stop fibromyalgia pain ? The Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine found that manipulation of the spine yielded better results than medications. It also improved the fibromyalgia patient's overall well-being. Other studies have found chiropractic to be more effective than medication and accupunture in treating chronic pain.

Nutritional approaches also work very well. A study done by The Annals of Pharmacotherapy found that some fibromyalgia patients got total relief of their symptoms by eliminating two common food additives from their diet. Other studies have found vast improvements in symptoms by adding a few cheap, common supplements to the diet.

Dr Kramer says that the medical community in recent years has started to embrace chiropractic because it is safe, cost effective and its benefits last longer. " In treating pain, most experts agree that conservative methods should be tried before drugs and surgery. I say, why suffer when you don't have to ? I invite people to read the report and explore these options."

He has set up a Free Hotline to order the report. Call 1-888-234-1981 (toll-free recorded message). Or you can order it online at www.StopYourFibroNow.com
