The FMS Portal will offer customers a wide array of tools, integrated with the FMS applications, to help provide mission critical financial and other decision support information in real-time. Expanded Analytical Tools
FMS has partnered with MRC to provide the ability to generate complex reports and graphs through a user-friendly web based interface. With over 70 standard financial, payroll, and operational reports and an unlimited number of custom reports available, this tool puts your operation in control. Financial reports can be viewed down to the transactional level with easy output tabs to generate a variety of graphs. Reports can even be scheduled ahead of time.
Information is power. Correction; Easy to access information is power! The power of the portal provides your store operations with the information they need, in a format they can easily use and understand. Give your non-accountants financial statements that they can review and drill into without having to learn a complex accounting package.
Remote Log-In and Security
The FMS Portal has a secure log-in feature; information gathered and sent is encrypted. Additionally, users are able to upload documents from their personal computers or corporate networks to the FMS Portal for secure storage and transmission.
Users are able to convert any print output to PDF, Excel or XML on the fly. The FMS Portal also allows for AP ACH where users can pay vendors electronically.
Training through Online Classes
So users can maximize their FMS Portal advantage, online classes will be offered starting in February 2009.
