Ericson will be instrumental in spearheading DRI's resort operations and its relationships between hospitality management and all of the various home owners associations throughout the continental U.S. and Hawaii, and the Caribbean.

He spent nine years with Resort Condominiums International (RCI) in several management positions including Vice President of RCI's Preferred Client Group. For the past ten years, Ericson has been an integral member of Bluegreen Corporation's executive staff where he held the role of Senior Vice President for resort management.
