Delta Design originally purchased the Defect Tracking module of Soffront CRM in 2000 and upgraded the software in 2007. Prior to Soffront, Delta Design used paper logs, forms, and Excel tables to track defects and other information. "The amount of information we were tracking was growing too large to be handled efficiently," explained Catalin Tigau, Software Quality Assurance Manager at Delta Design.
