The software development company extends its flagship workflow management solution to smaller teams and organizations. The new subscription-based model solution will help corporate departments and small companies better structure their processes.

Managers and executives everywhere are about to discover how Flow SaaS can rise well above their expectations with a very low initial investment

Beetext announced today the launch of Flow SaaS, a new distribution model for its Flow project management software. SaaS, or "Software as a Service", is an online software distribution model accessible via Internet. No software purchase or installation is required as the application is made available as a monthly subscription.

Following up on its Flow SaaS pre-launch held last July in Denver, Colorado, Beetext has set up weekly group demonstrations and sped up the implementation of its delivery structure in an effort to keep up with the increasing demand.

"The SaaS formula was designed in response to the management needs of moderately-sized work teams," says Benoit Desjardins, Beetext co-founder and President. "A sizable hosting infrastructure was already in place to serve Flow's larger accounts, but this left a number of companies unable to find the resources needed to acquire our advanced solutions. With the new SaaS version, we can now provide a complete project and workflow management solution at a fraction of the cost of traditional solutions."

"Managers and executives everywhere are about to discover how Flow SaaS can rise well above their expectations with a very low initial investment," says Emily Holman, SaaS Program Manager at Beetext. "With this new approach, Beetext is taking on the latest trend in the software industry. Successful solutions like are a perfect example of the popularity of software subscriptions. Our SaaS model adheres to the current principle of reducing software development costs. With the Flow SaaS solution, users pay according to a flexible subscription formula that evolves according to their needs, and can access the three traditional Flow portals based on their roles - customers, vendors and project managers."
