Yellow Marketing® a local search service operated by Travel TV Network, LLC announced today its plans to expand from its current two state footprint of South Carolina and Georgia to the rest of the United States.

Local search engines like Yellow Marketing, allow users to submit searches online for local products and services in specific geographically defined areas, and return local listings matching these requests. Businesses and other advertisers can use multi-media content, including photographs and videos, to market their businesses to online consumers. Merchants can upload menus and brochures, and create online coupons and specials, and online consumers can interact directly with local merchants, by writing and posting consumer reviews. Businesses can create their listings for free. With a paid listing, they can upload their multi-media materials. Existing videos can be added by the Yellow Marketing staff, and new videos produced by a third party via Yellow Marketing. With the expansion, these same services, previously localized exclusively to the Hilton Head Island,South Carolina area, will now be available to both consumers and business owners across the United States, with plans for global expansion in the near future.

This nationwide data base expansion is expected to be operational byearly March 2009 and is slated to contain over 20 million business listings. Travel TV Network also plans to grow nationally through partnering arrangements with local publishers, phone companies, and radio and television stations in secondary markets.
