Spanish Trails Estates, an exclusive El Sobrante gated community, announced it has received unprecedented response to its grand opening celebration. The development has received the highest visitor rate of any new home community in the Bay Area -- averaging more than 80 people touring the development each week.

Spanish Trails Estates' large four-bedroom executive-style new homes feature many desirable amenities like gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, master suites with oval soaking tubs in the private bathrooms, and a custom built-in entertainment center in the family room.

"We knew that the community we were creating here at Spanish Trails Estates was special - but we never expected such an amazing response to our grand opening! We have had the opportunity to meet wonderful families -- many of whom will eventually become neighbors and friends as their homes are completed," said Brian Nicolson, Community Sales Manager of Spanish Trails Estates.

The community also offers a private canyon setting, low homeowner association dues, children's park and several walking trails - as well as homes priced about half of what they are in the popular nearby Orinda real estate market. "When buyers realize that they can save hundreds of thousands of dollars by buying just over the hill in the El Sobrante real estate market, they're sold. Homes in Orinda would easily sell for double the cost -- making El Sobrante an affordable option for new homebuyers," said Nicolson.

The community is conveniently located just minutes from Interstate 80 and just eight miles to the Orinda BART station, providing easy access to all of the Bay Area. Each of the gated community's lots is oversized in order to provide homebuyers with plenty of privacy - a rarity in most new home developments today. Lots are limited and the four-bedroom, three-bath Berkeley new homes start in the low $700,000s. The homes are being built by local builder, the Austin Group, and offer buyers many options for customization.

The El Sobrante area features excellent parks, recreational facilities, shopping, schools and employment opportunities. "Buyers looking for Orinda real estate are finding a pleasant surprise in El Sobrante, and they're not alone. With rare opportunities for Berkeley new homes or Oakland new homes, the large lot size and amenity packages offered at Spanish Trails Estates are highly sought after. Buyers looking for premium lot selection should act quickly to ensure their spot," said Nicolson.
