Nick Magone, a partner with the NJ CPA firm Couto, DeFranco & Magone, took part in the annual worldwide conference of the Alliott Group, including workshops on international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

The IFRS workshop was especially timely, as both U.S.-based subsidiaries of foreign companies and U.S. firms doing business abroad will need to get up to speed ASAP on its implications.
