EDL Consulting leads Cranel Inc's Sterling Commerce Multi-Channel Selling v 8.0.1 Implementation. New system allows Cranel to access information to thousands of products.

EDL Consulting, a national technology integrator specializing in the intelligent integration of eCommerce, CRM and business intelligence solutions, today announced Cranel Inc.'s go-live of Sterling Commerce Multi-Channel Selling (MCS) version 8.0.1. Cranel is using the Sterling Commerce MCS product in its Cranel Imaging business unit, allowing Cranel Imaging resellers to configure complex product orders and then place, track, and manage orders 24/7 throughout the purchasing process. The updated release includes enhancements to pricing administration, organization and address search that have improved the efficiency of Cranel's business processes.

New system allows Cranel to access information to thousands of products
The upgrade provides resellers the ability to quickly access information for thousands of products on the Cranel Imaging Website and securely log on to the site to order the products. By providing resellers with guidance to the best products and related pricing, the system helps Cranel to optimize channel interactions and better match products to its customers' needs.
