During my search, I ended up with more questions and the tech that I called did something simple and charged me for it

In the summer of 2008, Hank Stosick was simply trying to get some work done when his computers crashed. Through extensive searches online, Stosick found that viruses from the servers at his place of employment had compromised his computer. He had no choice but to hire a third party technician to resolve the issue
"During my search, I ended up with more questions and the tech that I called did something simple and charged me for it," recalled Stosick.
Like many Americans, Stosick is a tech-savvy person, but due to the unknown wasteland of internet viruses, he was victimized and left to foot the bill. Unlike others, however, Stosick did something about it.
Recently, Stosick launched the informational website http://www.SecureSafePC.com. The site offers tips on how to help people deal with compromised PCs. "I wanted to offer research, ideas and solutions for how to help other people," he said. "The idea behind the site is to make the use of the internet fun and safe."
Stosick also has a selection of anti-virus and security software on his site.
In addition to the SecureSafePC.com, there is also further information to be found at the site's official blog http://www.SecureSafePCInfo.com.
As a complimentary portal, the blog will notify users of constant updates and have additional information such as software reviews and quick tips.
Though hackers and viruses continue to become a problem for the everyday internet user, thanks to someone like Hank Stosick, it's also becoming increasingly difficult for these people to ruin lives and terrorize the innocent owners of the computers.
"I want the general public to know that there's someone who understands them," Stosick explained. "I'm not a big corporation, I'm one person and I want to give people the information and options to ensure that their computer use is safe and their information is secure."
